Avilla Western Garden is being constructed as a single-family rental community with an emphasis on maintaining consistent unit production across a large-scale site. The project required coordination of multiple building types and phases to sustain steady progress as construction advanced.

A disciplined approach to scheduling and trade management supported reliable execution across 195 homes, allowing for efficient delivery throughout development.
